I got my military orders and will be transfering soon, since the military only paid to ship one vehicle, I thought I should send one home. The agreed price was $535 with $170 Deposit FLAT PRICE. I told Al, I will not be home on the 18DEC12 so if you need to get the car, you will have to get it before then. Al sent a Tow truck to come pick the car on the 17DEC12, little did I know it was being sent to a Storage area which was NEVER mention in the first place. I kept calling through out my Vacation to see when the car was picked up and it never did always excuses after another. When the car was finally picked up by the driver (05JAN13 yes 19 days later), the driver call me and inform me I need to pay $535 for storage fees which Al NEVER MENTION. On top of that, Al contracted the Driver for a fee of $875 on top of the $170 I had already paid in the beginning, needless to say I was Shocked and felt ripped off! I learn lesson and not to trust these people, they will play sympathy on you and say "I will give you a 10% discount because your military" never again. I end up having to pay $1500+. how did 535 become 1500+ and it took nearly a month to get the car to it final destination. Whenever I ask Al when the car was going to arrived, he say he dont know and give me the dispatcher number?! talk about unprofessional! now I know why they have a bad rating on this board.

**DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS** THEY WILL ROB YOU**THEY WILL SAY THEY GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT BUT IN THE END THEY WILL CHARGE YOU NEARLY THREE TIMES OF WHAT WAS AGREED UPON**THEY ALSO CALL THEMSELVES "Availablelogistics-limited liability company"**I would change my company name too if I rip people off and getting such bad rating all the time.

first of all there is no 10%% off for miltary, the discount for military is 25.00. the storage and pick up had been requested by the customer and is fully explained in the contract [paragraph#1], also i do not know where the customer gets 1500.00 plus, i guess that he likes to exaggerate. there was nothing charged that did not appear in the contract that was agreed to. We make no more than 170.00 as a commission. this review is probably done for spite.
