This was the sixth time we have transported a car across the country. This was the very first time I would give the whole experience an excellent rating. Every process was just as they had promised. We had a limited amount of time the car could be picked up and that was not a problem. We were given the drivers name and contacted him several times for questions. The area that the car had to be picked up and dropped off were difficulty (many trees, private residential areas that according to other companies we had to meet the drivers elsewhere) were not a problem. The driver was courteous and spoke English. The drivers company even called the day before to let us know his approximate time of delivery the next day. Then the follow up call from Lin to make sure everything was satisfactory.

This is a great company and from one that has experienced this process many times I would not use any other company. It's a stressful process and they simplified all of it.
