Well were do I start on this horror story of my experience with this totally incapable company. Car was picked up on time and that was about all the good that I can say about Roger from Runnin Naked.

I am a collector of American muscle cars in Australia and have brought many into the country over the last few years. All my cars are delivered to the same address in CA for package into containers and export. On the particular day that my 71 Cuda was to be dropped off, road blocks were in place so that the main entrance into the exporters yard was closed. The owner of the yard explained to Roger that he would have to come around the side street just as many other drivers had managed to do previously to drop off my car. Roger did not listen to the instructions given to him and decided to park his truck a block away and drive my car to the delivery point.

Upon delivery of my car to the exporter the owner did an inspection of the car and noted that there was a dent on the passenger door which was not listed on the Bill of Lading. Also for a car that traveled enclosed transport it was noted as being quite dirty.

It was quite obvious that any damage which was not listed on the Bill of Lading occurred while in Rogers care. I explained through my broker to Roger that he would be liable for this damage. His unprofessional approach started pretty much straight away when asked to make good on the damage.

Firstly he accused the owner of the export company of doing the damage while he supposedly leaned up on the car while doing the delivery inspection. This he could not confirm as in his own words his was on the other side of my car at this time. Accusing the export company of the damage was his pathetic excuse to not admit his carelessness while the car was in his care. The dent on my door was right on the highest point of crease line and was obviously done when the passenger was opened and struck something. Roger did not unload my car at the drop off point but drove it there. Who's to know what happened while he drove it from a block away.

He firstly tried to palm me off by saying the dent could be removed simply by suction cup and I should not worry about it until the car arrived in Australia. I disagreed and made sure that Roger had the dent pulled out before the car left for Australia. The cost was $200 to pull the dent out which Roger paid as he caused the damage, but the repair is not satisfactory. The paint on my door has now cracked as a result of pushing the dent back out.

I'm now left to foot the bill of $700 to have the door re-painted because of the cracked paint.

I wouldn't trust this company or Roger with my matchbox cars let alone another collectable car. Be warned stay clear of this crowd because when they damage your car in transit you'll have a fight on your hands for them to make good there carelessness.
