I made a reservation with this company 3+ weeks from my needed transportation date, and per thier website was not expecting a driver assignment prior to 1-3 days out. I called to check on my reservation 3 days out and was assured i was being taken care of, I called 1 day out, and left voicemail and emails, with no response. Here I am the scheduled day at the end if the day and have not heard from my coordinator or company at all. The thing about it is that I'm a reasonable person, if they'd reach out to me and let me know what was happening I could've worked with that, however, they have completely ignored me, and avoided my calls. So I have had to make other arrangements. When I booked them one if the biggest positives was their customer service... in my experience, they have completely let me down even in that sense. I definitely do not recommend this company. When a company ignores and avoids you there is a huge problem.
