Rollover Transport

Rollover were willing to pick up our full size sedan over the Thanksgiving weekend. Due to delays, the driver picked the car up a day late, but that was not a problem since we were headed across the country a few days later and the delay would ensure we'd arrive before the car. The driver picked the car up directly from our place of residence, driving it off to his truck.

A couple days later I received a phonecall that the driver's truck had broken down and that the vehicle would be delayed a few days. Again, this wasn't a huge issue since we didn't need the vehicle right when we arrived in DC anyway. Still, it did make me nervous.

Calling Rollover was always met with an answering machine, but sending an email as the message suggests always led to a swift reply or phonecall.

Due to the size of Rollover's transport, we had to walk about a mile to pick the vehicle up, and then waited awhile due to more mechanical issues. But the substitute carrier was an enclosed truck, so I feel like the delay was certainly worth it.

Our car was on a truck loaded with some amazing vehicles...a brand new Porsche Cayan, a 1962 Corvette just to name a couple. That alone made me feel better!

Our car was delivered in perfect condition, aside from a little extra dust.

I'd definitely use Rollover again, but would also plan an extra couple days into the move just in case!

Thank you so much for your understanding, sometimes we run into problems that we can not forsee, since the truck was in the shop, it was our duty to deliver all the cars from the broken rig ASAP, so all the customers received an upgrade to our enclosed carrier, which is used to transport classic and exotic vehicles. We are thankfull to customers like Dan who understand that sometimes delays will happen, we at Rollover Transport will do everything in our power to make sure our customers receive their cars as fast as humanly possible.
