I just want to take the time to thank you for everything. As head of my own company I dont often write letters like this, because I believe they should be meaningful and sincere. Therefore this is both.

I write to express to you my complete pleasure in working with Phil, your employee. I had the pleasure of having him bid on and execute the transportation of my vehicle from California to Florida. The car arrived in mint condition on time.

Phil was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. The driver who picked up the car was the same.
