I scheduled a car shipment a month ago. They are supposed to pickup my car today. Despite weeks of messages from Roadrunner saying that my scheduled shipment was proceeding as planned, when I called them today, they told me they had yet to assign a driver/carrier for my car and they would "look into it." Now I'm forced to hire another company and pay a rush fee because I'm moving out of state tomorrow. This has caused me untold stress, headaches and expense. This is a ridiculous company. Never use them.
