Horrible Customer Service

Do NOT use this vehicle carrier! I typically only post positive reviews, or I don’t review at all, but I had to make an exception because of how terrible their customer service is. The car eventually arrived, but it was double the time that they promised. Trying to reach customer service was exhausting. Every day I called, I had to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, just to talk to somebody. Their response was always, “We will look into that and call you back.” They only called back about half the time, and the other half of the time I had to call again. It is like no one cares. When they did try to tell me some piece of information it was wildly inaccurate. It was like they just said whatever they wanted to say so that they could say it was being worked on. When I relayed that I thought that arriving in double the amount of time was not acceptable and worth potentially a discount, they just said it wasn’t available. I would rate them zero stars if I could because they clearly don’t care about anybody or about communicating clearly about where your vehicle is. As someone who moves often and has used vehicle carriers multiple times, I will make sure that I never use this shipper again, and I will tell everyone I know to never use them. Do not use them if you care at all about knowing when your vehicle is going to arrive and having it arrive in a reasonable timeframe.
