I gave Road Runner 5 stars because the customer service was good, my car was scheduled to be shipped on September 27, but was delayed because, the driver cancelled at last minute. But this was not due to Road Runner only that the driver cancelled. The next day another delivery company called to schedule a pick up. My car was picked up and delivered to my location on time, I will definitely be using Runner Again.
The Customer Service in my experience was great.
