Horrible customer service

I scheduled a transport weeks in advance and confirmed it a few days before pick up. The price was increased but I didn't have many options about that. Then I never heard anything from the driver even though I was told I would so I called the morning of and was told that the driver canceled. Instead of calling me to let me know when I still had a chance to hire someone else,they never contacted me. Then when I called I received horrible and rude customer service. Pretty much their attitude was too bad for you,we never said we guarantee anything. My issue was with them not contacting me as soon as the carrier plans changed. This is a horrible company that benefits on quantity over quality. They figure if they get enough business they don't have to actually take care of the customers they have. I asked to speak to a manager and was given a number that isn't even connected. Then when I called back again was told there is no other number so someone was lying. This is so unbelievably bad,I almost can't believe it.
