They shipped my car from Woodland, WA to Natick, MA for $1672 (plus $95 insurance) without damage. It took 12 days, although the original estimate was 7-10. You need to understand that RoadRunner Auto Transport is just a broker that arranges a third-party carrier for you. Take pick-up and drop-off dates with a grain of salt and be flexible plus-or-minus a couple of days on either end. RoadRunner estimated my pick-up date to be March 22, but the carrier called me at 8:09am March 20 and said "we'll be there in an hour". My only constructive criticism is that there appeared to be zero coordination between RoadRunner and the carrier. On RoadRunner's web site, my car was "awaiting pick-up" during the entire time it was en route. Seems to me that it shouldn't be too onerous for the carrier to give RoadRunner updates regarding anticipated arrival window. I was worried the car would arrive in MA before I did. As it was it arrived 16 hours after I did. Be careful when you tell them when the vehicle is ready because they might want to pick it up right away and this could cause it to arrive too early.
