Worst customer experience, I would drive it myself

I shipped a car with them from Oregon to Illinois, it was over two weeks late (not due to weather). I've never had such bad service along with lack of customer service. I called every day to get an update with almost no update from them, I believe they called me back once. The driver of the truck stated 'this hauler should not be on the road' as it had broken down 4 times causing the delay. After talking to them again after the car had finally been delivered they said they do not offer refunds, even though they have sent an embarrassing refund of $25 dollars to my $1500+ bill. Maybe one of the worst companies out there, be ware.

Because circumstances arise that cannot be anticipated like road closures and breakdowns, we always advise that all dates are estimated and are subject to change. It is for this same reason that we do not provide compensation for delays, and we are sorry to hear of any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result.
