Horrible Customer Service

Had a horrible experience over the phone with Wuilfredo Cortez. He continued to talk down to me as a female believing I didn't understand how pricing for shipping vehicles worked. Ater thanking him for explanation I informed him I understood how shipping worked and told him that I've shipped multiple vehicles and understood the process and how pricing was handled. He followed up by telling me I didn't understand and if I did then I wouldn't get getting other quotes. I thanked him again for mansplaining to me again, which then he hung-up on me. The quote was for $1,157 which was $400 dollars more than all the other quotes received from reputable brokers and carriers.

Our representative attempted to explain that when shopping for quotes with multiple companies, the increased appearance of demand along your desired route can cause your route to falsely appear more desirable. Because we rely on a network of top-rated carriers who are owner operators that set their own pricing based on current market demands our pricing is accurately reflecting what our carriers are asking for at the time of your inquiry.
