I had Road Runner transport ship my damaged truck from PA to iN. I specified that the truck was not in running condition and needed winched on and off. When I specified that, the estimated indicated it was $514 more. I agreed, and stressed it was important that they not drive my truck as it has no coolant in it. The driver let me know that he had picked it up and when asked, stated he had driven it on. I requested a refund of the $514. RR transport denied this stating they had winched it on. I submitted dash cam video evidence to them and they still insist that I am not due a refund. I filed a BbB complaint, but that only works with better businesses, Road Runner doesn’t qualify as that.
