Ready date….still have received no response

You guys were supposed to be picking up my car Jan 8, 2022 to take down to TX. This was confirmed with an agent who I communicated with via your website because you guys never pick up the phone. It is Jan 7 and I have heard nothing from your company about whose picking up my car and what time. I looked on the tracker and sure enough, the ready date says 2/14. Getting you guys to pick up the phone is impossible and I’ve sent three emails that have gone unanswered. So far, my experience has been awful. Let’s see if you guys are able to change my mind because so far, it’s zero stars from me.

Josh, we appreciate the opportunity to address your situation. We typically assign a carrier to your vehicle’s shipment on your provided ready date because this practice has proven the most successful way to prevent last minute carrier cancellations. Drivers’ schedules are tight and constantly changing, therefore we advise that all dates associated with shipment are estimates and are subject to change. Your ready date had been successfully changed to 1/8 and the agents you were in contact with notated each change you requested to your itinerary to best assist you. We are sorry to hear that you chose to cancel your shipment with us before we were able to assist you with your vehicles transport.
