Sean Brady rude when told no

Sean Brady called wanting me to book with Roadrunner. I explained I wanted to book with a carrier vs a broker. He proceeded to tell me there were no carriers only brokers and that I was being lied to and scammed. I got tired of his being rude and talking down to me so I hung up. He continued to call me back and I did not answer so he left me a message. This is the transcript of his voicemail. Mind you he called me, I did not call him and he thinks I was rude! LOL “ Hi Denise or Devon whatever your name is this is Sean with the Road Runner I'm just calling back to let you know that I was only trying to help you and you decided to be ignorant immature and rude and you gave me an attitude and hung up in the middle of a conversation that I was trying to help you um it's fine if you don't wanna believe me but once you get scammed or they just don't show up to pick up your vehicle just remember that I told you so and when you think of calling me back to help you with the other company _?_?_?_?_?_ to pick it up I'm not gonna do it now hey I'm not gonna help you get your vehicle picked up Wednesday scam you because you decided to be ignorant and rude to me so um have fun trying to get your vehicle picked up that's going to company was lying to you all right have a great day happy holidays Denise…”so on Tueday before Thanksgiving I contacted Trusty Transport, a carrier, not a broker. Roadrunner quoted $1185. Trusty $659. Trusty picked my car up as promised, this afternoon and it will be delivered probably tomorrow or Wed. The car dealer they picked my car up from was very impressed with the driver. Trusty has been very responsive, but just as important, respectful. Charging more does not make you a class act. Roadrunner is a wannabe, Trusty transport so far has been the class act, and I saved over $500 in broker fees!
