I hire a roadrunner because I was told that they are the number one shipping company Nationwide, that couldn't have been further away from the truth. I booked with them on the 17th and was told by Rob that I was going to have my vehicle picked up that following Monday. Here we are 11 days later and still no pick up, they keep stating that they are waiting for drivers to pick up the routes. If you guys are a number one shipping company spending all that be ready to go from the moment that I set the booking? But evidently not, customer service has definitely been difficult to deal with as well, they act like it was a personal attack that I had to cancel my order and hung up on me. I called back and got the automated message saying that there's an unusually high caller volume and automatically got hung up again. I absolutely despise being lied to, what is so hard about real truly honest service nowadays. I would not suggest using roadrunner Auto transport or they are not number one for customers satisfaction they're number one in customer disappointment

Unfortunately, because your route is not frequented by our carrier network there was an unexpected delay in carrier assignment, we regret that you chose to cancel with us for this reason and we are no longer able to assist you with your vehicles transport.
