Horrible Service

4 days from my first available date and no communication, follow-up or prospective carrier assignment--just the same canned message that "a carrier will reach out to you by text/email when they are available." I finally cancelled my trip and will be booking with another company, but now I have to start this process all over again! What a waste of my time and effort.

Reuben, we strive to provide excellent customer service and regret the experience you have had with us. There was a delay in assigning a carrier as this route was not being frequented by our carriers. We apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced and regret that you chose to cancel with us before we were able to assist you with your transport.
