I asked for a quote to move a vehicle for about 200 miles and was pleased to see their quote was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than what I was seeing at the time but they were not the lowest either. I got an agent assigned and I let him know I was asking for a quote as a last resort in the even I had to ship a vehicle I bought. The day came and sure enough, I was not able to bring the vehicle on it's own so I wanted to ship it. When I called Roadrunner and put in the agent's extension, nobody picked up. I called again, this time hoping to speak to someone in the office but before I could reference the quote number, they transferred me back to the agent who was not at his desk. I called again a third time, this time asking not to be transferred since the agent who was emailing me was not at his desk but despite that, they still transferred me. I should have learned by then but I went ahead and called again but this time I used my wife's phone number so they wouldn't recognize my phone on file. I talked to the dispatch, I told him I had a quote and I wanted to execute it but as soon as they got the number they transferred me without giving me a chance to tell them for the 3rd time that I couldn't talk to my agent. I am still not sure why nobody wanted to help me or why only the person issuing the initial email can help you but I don't think I would use them in the future. I wish I could give them 2.5 stars since I didn't hire them and I don't have any other complaints but it was inconvenient to be transferred to the same desk after telling them the person was not there.
