Starting off was rocky due to receiving an online quote of a certain amount and confirmed with my credit card. I then began to receive calls from Roadrunner staff trying to increase, even though the difference was nominal, I stuck to my guns. They continued to call and I continued to stick to my original quote. Finally they confirmed my shipment for the price quoted and connected me to a carrier/driver that was extremely professional and delivered on time.
