Horrible experience. The driver never showed up the day they were supposed to and we were never notified. The entire situation was completely mishandled. Once Roadrunner ran our credit card, they disappeared. Customer service doesn't answer their phone, Kyle Krulder who bate and switched us became aggressively rude and refused to help.

Unfortunately, we are susceptible to delays during transport and always express that all dates associated with transport are tentative and estimated. We understand that your vehicle has been picked up at this time and have asked our customer service team to follow up with your primary contact as soon as possible.
