You know, I understand things take time, but when you promise someone on the phone that it'll "definitely be within 4 days" then 2 weeks pass and you tell your customer to refer to the order agreement and to kick the bucket essentially.. I'll gladly pay elsewhere. You guys are horrible and a waste of time. Don't waste your time with this company.
