Poor communications and customer service

They were very responsive getting the order but once they got it customer service went down the drain. When I booked it I was told the car would be picked up on a Friday then delivered on Sunday. Then I was told that was just estimated and that the car would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Whenever I called customer support they had no idea where my car was but that the driver would call to coordinate the delivery. When I went to bed on Tuesday night I still had not heard from the driver. When I woke up on Wednesday morning I had a text saying the car was delivered at 3:06am. When I called the driver to ask why he told me his orders were to drop it and run. Very unsatisfactory.
