Trying to cancel my booking after waiting 5 days to even set a date to get a driver. When called company and told them I wanted to cancel they immediately will transfer you and not even wait for you to get confirmation that your order was cancelled. Don't talk to Roy he is the worst he yelled at me and said "who are you to call the shots". After calling back at least 6 times in a row with 2 phones I finally got Zac who was very helpful and said your order has been cancelled and that I would get a confirmation tomorrow. He also said he would listen to the recordings and speak to Roy. DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO GET YOUR VEHICLE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH RUDE, BROCKERS, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE THAT DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. FIRE THEM THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
