I had many phone conversations with the responsible person of RoadRunner in order to establish an estimated delivery date. We wanted to ship the car and then flight to the destination. Everything seemed to proceed smoothly. Unexpectedly, the drivers called us at 7am. The car arrived at the destination 4 days before the estimated date and nobody was there to pick it up. It was a real mess. I called RoadRunner and I left a message to the person with whom I had many phone calls. Nobody called me back! Not professional! In a few minutes, I had to find someone who could pick up my car in a town where I didn't know anybody!
