Booked a car transport for Aug 4 on July 25th. No emails(except auto emails), no calls. no one answering the phone.... finally got through to them on aug 5th and they said they were not sure when a driver would pick up but that I would be notified when.. I saw the handwriting on the wall.. on Aug 7th I contacted a few other auto transport companies and for a few hundred $ more I got a 2 day pickup verified and booked with another company who has awesome customer service and are straight shooters Tried to call Road Runner back to cancel- but their phones are off the hook today ...geez. finally they replied to my cancel email and said the order was cancelled.. so the summary: complete total lack of communication and unreliability... I am not sure how they are in business still (maybe it is that google ad placing) Avoid this company like the plague..
