My experience with Road Runner has not been good. The customer support is impossible to reach, your call is transferred to someone who ask you to hold and then they message states due to heavy call you need to call back at a letter time. I finally spoke to a live person and salary him not to put me on hold because I needed to know the status of my transport, he rudely said how do you expect me to give you an answer if I don’t put you on hold. I explained when I’m placed on hold, after 5 min the call hangs up. He still placed me on hold and after 5 min the call disconnected. Their website to track my vehicle have the car delivery date as 7/30 but today is 7/31 and I still don’t have my vehicle. Even after trying for several days to get some sort of idea of the status, no one has been able to help. I finally got a hold of the carrier “Starway Logistics” and he stated I needed to contact the driver because the vehicle won’t be delivered to 8/1. Road Runner was able to collect funds for the transport but take no further responsibility to ensure the service delivery is satisfactory. I don’t even want to comment about the delay picking up of the vehicle and not being able to speak to someone in charge on a Friday and forget customer service on a Saturday.
