Booked for July 7, 2020. Spent 3 days trying to get through on phone. I'm talking hours on hold only to be told by recording "try again later" and kicked out of the system. Email's came back with the same "canned" response. Cancelled today and using Door 2 Door. Roadrunner is deceptive and nonresponsive. Not sure how they are still in business. Had to cancel by email and made sure to say "pull my booking from Central Dispatch immediately and you are over the 48 hour no assigned carrier clause". Also informed credit card company not to let any charges from them go through. Do yourself a favor and use anybody but Roadrunner. Book with an actual company NOT a broker.
