First, they badger you until they get the order. Then, you will not hear from them until the last minute. Won't return calls, answer the phone, or even reply to e-mails. They were scheduled to pick up on or before a specific day, they called that day and said it would be another 2 or 3 days. When I told them I was flying out the next day, they hired someone local to put the car on a small hauler and moved it to a parking lot by the highway...from there, they left the first car and went back to pick up the second. When both cars were there, they left and assumed the driver would find them and load them. When I got my cars at my destination, the driver would not go to my house because he was afraid there was not enough room. I explained that large moving tractor trailers are there all the time, he said no. So, we found a spot about 2 miles from my house. When off loading, I inspected the cars however it was very bright sunlight in AZ and could not see much. However, when I got the car in my garage I saw that there were three areas on the hood of the car that were scratched and one area that had a paint chip that they put touch up paint on it. Also, the other car had some free weights in the back seat, those were stolen and not there when the car arrived. I realize that personal contents are not insured with RoadRunner but they still stole my personal contents. So, just find someone else. There are plenty of companies that haul (or hire drivers to haul) cars throughout the country. Just NEVER use these guys.
