pick up date was accurate. delivery was a day late. no communication from transport company or carrier. i had to call them to see when car was going to be delivered, but they don't have anyone to answer the calls on the weekends, so i called the carrier directly to confirm delivery date, which was a day later than expected.
overall, i would call it a good experience and would use them again. i'm a little disappointed in the lack of communication though. I shouldn't have to chase people down.
