My car made it safe! Few complaints though.

Pros - My car was delivered early, ended up being delivered in a covered transport (even though I did not pay for that) and the drivers were incredibly professional. Roadrunner handled my delivery in a very organized manner, which I appreciate. Cons - I filled out an online quote, received a response with the quoted amount and then was contacted by a sales rep. The rep then told me it was going to be more than what I was originally quoted, even though none of the information had changed. Then he went on to explain to me that there are a lot of companies out there looking to take advantage of people like me and I would be setting myself up for disaster if I went with another, less reputable company. I didn't appreciate the bait and switch and the fear tactics he used, however, I moved forward because Roadrunner was recommended to me and had a good track record with the car dealership I was working with. After confirming my pickup date I was assigned a driver and yet again, the price went up. I needed the car as I'd already sold my other car so agreed to the additional fee.
