My vehicle went from Massachusetts to Florida timely as scheduled without any damage. I do have two complaints though. One being that after I accepted the terms to include the agreed upon price I was told before the pick-up that the price escalated $24.00. Not a lot of money but it didn't sit well with me. I registered my disdain with the last minute increase and was told I didn't have to accept the increase which would have thrown my scheduled plans (ie, reserved airport rides, scheduled flight, etc.) totally off. I specifically stated at the time of booking that it would have to be door to door as I am handicapped. The day of pick-up the driver could not navigate to my house nor would he drive mu vehicle from my house to his rig. I had to hustle to get a person to drive my vehicle to his rig.
