We requested a quote from this company to transport our vehicle from Indiana to Idaho. When the quote came back as more than we wanted to pay, we told them that we would be looking elsewhere. It's been over a week now, and they have yet to remove us from their shipment schedule, which is preventing other carriers from working with us. We have spoken to over a dozen people from Roadrunner in the past few days, and still haven't been removed. An absolute nightmare, and we would DEFINITELY NOT recommend them to anyone!

Joe, thank you for giving us the opportunity to address these issues. Unfortunately, your delivery location is off route and not frequented by our carrier network. The carrier that we located requested additional fees as they had priced the available spot on their trailer higher than expected. Your shipment has since been cancelled and we regret that we are no longer able to assist you with your shipment.
