no call no show and still charged me **BEWARE

My parents booked a move for 7/17/19, they booked this weeks in advance and the driver was confirmed/verified on 7/11/19. The day of the move no phone call and no driver showed up. My mom called customer service time and time again and said they were having problems contacting the driver. They stated that if the driver didn't show up then maybe he would show up tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went and no one showed up. Again hours were spent on the phone with no answers except to find out that our credit card had already been charged in full for the move. We then had to spend more time on the phone to get a refund issued. Finally everything was cancelled and we had to rent a car hauler from U Haul and our neighbor drove the car to our new home in another state. Roadrunner failed in every aspect of this and I would never trust them to do anything for me. Stay away from this company

We typically provide our carriers a 48 hour window before cancellation and payment is taken at the time of carrier confirmation. All of our carriers are selected for transport based on an internal rating system, we appreciate your taking the time out to share your experience with us. Your feedback provides us the opportunity to address these concerns with the carrier who was assigned to your transport.
