i scheduled a car transport well in advance of the move. Numbers calls the week of the move with no answer or return call. I used the website email which says it will respond in 24 hours. Received a call with no assurance that the car would be picked up on the scheduled date. The car was not scheduled 24 hours prior to the planned pick up date. I was forced to scramble for a alternative moving company 24 hours prior to agreed upon pick up date. Don’t use this company. The new company was even less.
