HORRIBLE Experience - STAY AWAY!!!

This is an unethical and irresponsible company to deal with. I was given a confirmed pickup date of 1/5 while booking and they never turned up or informed me that they are unable to come. When I called them on 1/5 none of the customer representative (literally none - I spoke to Shawn, Chris, Andrew and couple of others) had the courtesy to listen or deal with their customer. Either they will transfer the call which never gets picked up or they just hung up. And 1 person informed that there is no driver assigned, but when asked when will they confirm that and why never informed, they neither gave me a confirmed date nor had the courtesy to be on the call and listen instead they just hung up giving an example of Pizza delivery that only Pizza gets delivered on time. Seriously And since I myself was moving out of the current location on Sunday I had to re-plan everything, such a disappointment. I will never ever recommend anyone to go with this transport company. Finally I called them again and spoke with Billy and requested for cancellation. Billy arranged for a call back from cancellation department on Monday since weekends they are unavailable but assured me that there will not be any cancellation charges. Which did not happen on Monday either. Since I was already having a good time with this company, I decided to send an email to cancel to the email address I found on their site and got a confirmation that cancellation request has been put out and will be confirmed once completed. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! NO! NO! NO!

Sometimes delays in carrier assignment occur due to unforeseen circumstances and this is why It is clearly stated in our terms of service agreement that all dates are tentative and subject to change. Were sorry if this was not understood but we do appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services for future customers. We do regret that you chose to cancel with us and wish we could have assisted you in your move.
