Had a terrible experience dealing with Road runner. I'm active duty military and needed to ship my vehicle. Booked with them months in advance to make sure I had everything set for my move. Tried to contact them several times by phone and email the week of the move to ensure everything was good to go and no reply. The only way to contact them is through the chat on their page. The date for me to ship my vehicle came and no driver was assigned. Kept asking them for updates and nothing. I had to scramble to find another company and pay hundreds more for the short notice shipment to get my vehicle out on time. I would never deal with them again! Would advise the same for anyone else.
