Horrible Service - Avoid This Company

2 days late picking up car. Demanded extra $200 when finally did show up because car was " heavy" - although make and model were included in the quote.The driver refused to deliver the car to Seattle citing tolls and traffic. Driver initially claimed that no trucks were allowed at the delivery address - this is a joke, the address is a commercial location with heavy truck traffic 24/7. We had to take an Uber to Bellevue, 13 miles away to get the car. They hire subcontractors and have little to no control over them - once they have your money they just dont care.
