I scheduled and booked on July 27, 2017. I've been lied to from the beginning. My vehicle was to be picked up on August 7, 2017 by 3:06pm CST a carrier had still not been assigned therefore I cancelled the booking after speaking to "Glady" (extremely rude) she said the cancellation department would contact me to confirm by end of day. They never contacted me! When I tried to book the transport with a different carrier August 8, 2017 Road Runner still had not cancelled the booking therefore holding my vehicle hostage. I've contacted Glady, & Laura today each saying Jessica was handling this and would call me, she has NOT. I just spoke to Glady who said Jessica is the ONLY person working in the cancellation department today but is not in! Another lie. She said Jessica would call. This company has lied from day 1! I hold an average of 30 minutes each time I call. Total of about 3 hours or more over the last 2 days. Zach, Glady, Laura are completely unhelpful and will not answer questions or respond. Avoid this company at ALL COST!!!!
