Avoid these people at all costs!

Absolutely inexcusable experience. Carrier was assigned, then carrier canceled. I kept calling to follow up, and was assured this was normal and it was a "popular route" so there would be no problems. Daily calls one week before required pick-up date and same BS answer that they will call 72 hours befoer hand. Then 48 hours. 24 hours before required pick-up and STILL no carrier. Took 8 hours and 12 phone calls to speak to manager who said they couldn't guarantee a carrier for me.

How does this company stay in business? How can they get away with this crap? It's costing me almost $400 more to find a reliable company who will actually honor their commitments.

In the transport industry we are sometimes susceptible to delays due to circumstances that are out of our control. When transporting a vehicle we need to work within a broad time span for pickup and deliveries which all depends on our carriers route.
