Roadrunner's customer service was courteous and efficient. Though my route was by no means standard (another company had estimated it would take 6 weeks to find a driver to go FL - ID), they found me a driver within less than a week and the car got to its destination in less than the estimated transit time. The driver I got assigned runs his own auto hauler business driving his own truck since many years (SEI Transport out of Washington state). Very friendly and knows what he's doing. Got a $5 gift card from RR for making the effort to write a review. But the review's content would not have been different without. I might just have been too lazy to write one :-) This was my first auto transport ever, so I can't really judge and compare against prior experience. Hence the 4 stars for the different "parts" of the customer service valuation. The overall experience including the interaction with the driver, makes this IMHO a 5-star rating, though.
