The coordinator seemed helpful, but in the end she was not able to get my car transported at the rate that the company originally quoted (should they have covered the difference???). Further, it was less than 2-days before I was actually moving that they finally confirmed a carrier (at the elevated price). Topping it all off, the car arrived late at the destination resulting in my being away when the car was delivered, so my wife had to deal with the delivery while taking care of very new twins. That was the carriers fault rather than RoadRunner I suppose, but guilty by association.
