First and foremost Roadrunner Auto Transport is a broker not a truck company. Be aware that when you fill out the paperwork your ready pickup date is NOT the ACTUAL pick up date. They didnt charge my card until the Jeep was picked up. I had my car shipped from Orlando FL to Anacoco LA for $695. I booked it on Jan 29 the date ready for pick up was Feb 4th ... I called them the 4th and had spoken to Heather and she said they were still looking for a truck company to pick up my Jeep Rubicon. Finally, the 6th I got a call back from Heather that she found a truck to pick up the Jeep the 7th but it would be $725 I said NO. She called me 10 mins later and said she found a truck to pick it up today for $695. I wasn't too happy about the $ change but agreed on it. A few hours later the trucking company came to my parents house and picked up the Jeep. Im currently stationed in Okinawa Japan. I spoke to my dad and he said it was 2 older couple that picked up the Jeep. They seemed friendly and they had 4 other vehicles on there, one was Lexus. So at this point I felt a lot better. I had 2 12" subwoofer box behind the backseat, amp under the backseat and 2 sets of tool box. To my surprise the jeep made it to Louisiana on the 8th, 2 days early than promised and everything that I had in the car was there and the jeep was still looking sexy! I'm very happy how all things went but my only complaint was the $ change. But thank you so much Roadrunner Auto Transport, will definitely do business with you again. A+++
