Overall it was a good experience. There were a few hiccups on the way but Paul, Heather and Phil worked with me to get those out of the way. Unfortunately, headquarters was affected by hurricane Sandy leaving the office without contact for a few days. They immediately called me once they were back online and my car l made it to it's destination on the date it was supposed to.
