Called about date and time to be picked up and talked with someone they weren't sure about time so they said I'll call you back never got a call back this happen three times on different days. The next call I got was from the truck driver saying he was at the drop off location I dident even know that my truck was even picked up. Driver was fine just poor lack of commutation.
