I had placed a bid for an e mail quote for the transport of my parents car from Ohio to Kentucky and in the process was overwhelmed by the number of responses. These prices quoted were also of a very high fluctuation in price. I was able to narrow things down because I was only interested in a straightforward approach and did not wish to be "sold". After less than stellar service from a competitor, I called Roadrunner and spoke with Eddie who gave me the straightforward information that I was looking for and delivered the vehicle as promised when promised. I will use Roadrunner again if I ever need these services....way to go!
