This is clearly a misunderstanding of the auto shipping process. Pick up was not late!!! We made our mark by getting the vehicle picked up within the 7 Day window for Standard shipping(picked up by third day). It took a little longer than normal for delivery but was still within the delivery window for the carrier. On a distance between California and New Jersey you can expect delivery to be between 7 and 12 days because of breakdowns, weather, loading and unloading, etc... This carrier had a break down, so it was out of our control and the carriers control to deliver the vehicle sooner. Also at no point did we ask for more money or threat to make delivery take longer.
