This was our first time transporting a vehicle, we clearly had no concept of what to expect or how the process worked. It was the patience and knowledge Jeff at River City Transporters demonstrated during my numerous phone calls that helped me decide to go with River City Transpers. I sure am glad I did! The car was picked up on Saturday morning and delivered Tuesday night, just as promised, with 15 minutes to spare! The driver was extremely nice. The entire process went as smoothly as clock-work. If I ever have to transport a car in the future, you better believe Jeff and River City can expect another phone call from me.
