I picked out River City Transport to coordinate the move of a 2004 Chrysler Sebring from Sturbridge, MA to San Diego, CA. I used the positive feedback contained in this site as the primary basis to select them, and I am grateful to the previous customers for sharing their positive experience with River City. Jeff and Linda were both involved in my transaction, and were very open, forthright and helpful. They quoted 7-10 days to arrange pickup. It took 7 days for an excellent, very conscientious driver named Robert to pick it up, (his company name is "Walking in the Light"). Robert was prompt and courteous at both ends of the move. Robert quoted 12-14 days and delivered it in 14. Most importantly, the car arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely turn to Jeff and Linda for my next move, and I would highly recommend Robert. My sincere thanks. I paid $150 by credit card when I placed the order with River City and a $1,000 bank check on delivery to Robert. The price of $1,150 from Sturbridge, MA to San Diego was very reasonable, and definitely worth it to deal with people whom I felt I could trust.
