Initially, this transport began with another company. Suffice it to say, that the latter arrangement (or TOTAL lack thereof) was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

THEN, we found (the) Rite Way! I had a somewhat difficult situation,secondary to the location of the pick up, so the groundwork necessitated an abundance of phone contact. Right off the bat, I was so impressed and vey relieved inasmuch as an actual human (Aaron) answered the phone! In the case that I did have to leave a voicemail, it was answered immediately. At one point, I was transferred to dispatch (Pete) and he, too, answered the phone. These guys were just SO "nice" and understanding and with their diligence, the ball was rolling so quickly, I really couldn't believe it. From the initial phone call to the the pick up of the vehicle it was a mere 4-5 hours! Then, on top of the company's extraordinary customer service, the driver himself was as committed; he kept me up on his every move! If this is anybody's first- time vehicle transport, trust me, you NEED to choose Rite Way. This is the 4th or 5th time I have done so and I wish I had known to contact these guys from the get go.

Don't know if I'm "allowed" to name names, but the company you DO NOT want is NEW WAY. Really, again go with Rite Way!
